A new focus - Employee Onboarding!!
Some of you may have noticed a subtle shift in our business model. While we will continue to be a full-service instructional design company, we wanted to pick a training speciality and really focus on it. We thought long and hard about our own interests/passions, the work we’ve done over the last few years, and how we envision our business evolving. In the end, it was a no-brainer. We love the employee onboarding piece and have decided to create a package to support it. Why?
Because we truly believe in the importance of employees starting off on the right foot, as soon as they join your organization. In addition to the morale boost it provides, it also helps your organization make money faster.
It combines the consulting piece that we love (helping your company to create a vision for success and developing a training strategy to support it) with the technical piece that has always been a passion of ours (training guides, infographics, e-learning).
To us, it’s the best of all worlds. It also provides the flexibility for add-ons so we can customize solutions to meet your needs.
