Peter Walker is an Instructional Designer and Workplace Training Expert. He has developed custom corporate training for Fortune 500 companies, small local businesses, and everyone in between.

After ten years of working in different corporate jobs, from developing training for various Canadian military projects, to leading technical training for a large regional law firm, Peter decided to leave his day job to fully support those businesses that needed his skills on a short term basis.

He spends his days helping entrepreneurs and HR leads develop strategies and training to ensure their workforce has the tools and knowledge it needs to succeed, thus creating a competitive advantage. He specializes in custom new hire training and sales training.

Peter’s goal is to help businesses unlock the potential of their workforce, which can improve everything from productivity, to online reviews, to employee retention.
