We’re Erin and Peter, a husband and wife team who are passionate about making your organization successful through employee training. We believe strongly that an employee who is set up for success will offer significant value to your organization, and ultimately, your bottom line.
We want your employees to be set up for maximum success, so that your profitability (either as a team, division, company, etc) can soar. We do this by understanding your goals and offering strategic advice based on our experience. Training on its own is great, but won’t necessarily have the desired effect and impact without a culture of embracing learning (and change). We focus on both. As an “instructional designer”, he is an expert in all things training related, like e-learning development, employee onboarding plans, learning management systems, and more. He has worked with small, local businesses, and large multinational corporations.
She has worked on employee engagement plans and new hire training straggles. She understands the strategic issues that organizations face on a regular basis.

Ultimately, we provide you with strategic, well thought out training advice and products to meet your needs.
